This is the intake plenum attached to the bottom cowl with the mounting flanges (shown in place in front of engine case).

In a little softer light, it's a bit easier to see the contours.

I had to split the exhaust into two flows to get around the engine case. That is the reason for the canyon in the middle of the mold.

Layed up w/ carbon and peel-ply in the areas I'd have to later bond in the fastener flanges.
